Welcome to Circulo Creativo Grand Prix

1. Registration

Open to professionals from all U.S.-based Hispanic agencies and production companies.
 

• Team Registration (Escuderías):
  Partner agencies/production houses become racing teams, allowing them to customize their branding for the track and official communications
   

• Driver Registration: Participants sign up online or at the event. Drivers race in their home state and represent their region and team.

2. Race Mechanics

Official Events: Races will take place in selected cities across 5 states, hosted by local agencies or production companies.
They’ll provide the venue, food, drinks, and music. Simulators and setup will be managed by a dedicated simulator company.

• Simulator Access:
  Each driver gets a limited number of timed laps to set their best score.

• Live Leaderboard:
  All lap times will be tracked and displayed in real-time on the official event website.

3. State Qualifiers

• Top 3 Per State:
  The three fastest average teams from each state qualify for the National Final.

​

• Results:
  Final times and qualified drivers will be published on the official event site.

4. Final & Awards

• National Champion:
  The team with the best combined time in the final will win the Creative Circle 25 Years Grand Prix.

• Prizes:
  The champion team receives a trophy and a special prize
  Finalists receive medals and official recognition
